Gentlemen

Your last email was very insulting, let me make myself clear. I am not a passive investor in your company or intend to be, you trying to pacify me by sending me information by email about various parts of the company which i can look up myself is not what I asked for.

I am going to NY on Monday but I’m going to have my pilots stop in Dallas first and I’ll be at your offices at 1:00 on Monday, I expect you to treat this seriously and have your team ready to meet me on Monday. As a 4.9% holder in your company and which I have the capability to increase it to so much more, I expect to be able to talk to the people who is running this company. Not to mention all the millions lost in your stock and not only by me, but by almost all your stock holders. You’re a public company you need to act like one.

Now I am asking you in a very nice way and I asking for this meeting to actually help you, I recommend you take this meeting. If you ignore me and chose not to meet with me and keep this friendly, you know exactly without telling you what I have at my disposal to help get your attention. I guarantee you you rather have me as your freind than be in the opposite side of me. You can look me up if you really don’t understand who you are dealing with.

I expect an email back confirming our meeting at 1:00 at your offices on Monday. If I don’t get an response with that invitation I will be there anyway, If you refuse to see me when i make the trouble of coming to you, then I will consider this a very unfriendly act and I will proceed in a way that I promise you wish you took this meeting, I don’t want to be threatening but you will leave me no alternative. I hope you understand what it is to be a public company and you guys actually work for your shareholders and responsible for anything you do that affects your shareholders.

I await your response and I will see you on Monday.
